Returning to safe operation
All businesses that are returning to operation must have a plan and that includes me – but thankfully because Aviva Studios is a small business – this means it’s not a complicated plan.
Regardless of its limited complexity it’s important to me that my clients feel safe when they come to my studio and know that their safety is my main concern.
Of course anyone who has had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days is asked to self isolate and not visit the studio. Symptoms include fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, and new muscle aches for headache. Also anyone under the direction of the provincial health officer to self-isolate must follow those instructions and anyone how has arrived from outside of Canada or who has been in contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case, must also self isolate and not visit the studio.
The studio and client washrooms will be cleaned thoroughly after each session. More time will be reserved between bookings to ensure adequate time for cleaning.
Hand sanitizer will be provided for all clients coming into the studio and all unnecessary items will be removed to eliminate items being handled by multiple people.
Normally toys are provided for children to play with during sessions however these will not be available for the foreseeable future. Parents will be asked to bring toys and items to occupy children while waiting to have their photo taken.
I will be wearing a face mask to ensure everyone’s safety. I will also sanitize my hands before each session in case adjustments to clothing and hair have to be made by me during a session.
Lastly – I ask that anyone who has been to the studio who develops symptoms within 10 days of their session to please notify myself as soon as possible.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the operation of Aviva Studios please contact me anytime.
I look forward to seeing you in the studio soon!
