The Aviva Project – Isolated But Not Alone

I am writing to you today to provide information regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and what we at Aviva are doing in response.

As a valued Aviva client, your health and safety has always been, and remains, our number one priority. For this reason, the studio will be closed for portrait sessions until further notice. The Aviva Project events that have been scheduled will be postponed. This includes the Headshot Marathon, and Spring event.

Although the studio remains closed – I feel there is a way to keep the Aviva Project going.  During these weeks and possibly months of social distancing ahead – I want to do something that gives people meaning and the ability to come together in purpose, if not in person through the Aviva project “Isolated But Not Alone”.
Make a white heart and come together with me to support all of our healthcare workers at KGH. What a great way to give families a distraction and a reason to get dressed and do their hair!

For a minimum $30 donation I will come to your home and photograph you and your family at a safe distance. I will text when I arrive and will remain at a safe distance the entire time. You will receive a free image for taking part in this project and 100% of all donations will go directly to the purchasing of equipment and supplies needed by our frontline workers. All families are asked to make a white heart to include in their photos symbolizing your support for frontline workers and the solidarity of our community during this time.

Warm regards,
Liz
