CLASSIC Family In-Studio Sessions
Your 1 hour CLASSIC FAMILY photography session will take place in our Kelowna studio. These sessions are ideal for up to 5 family members. If you have more people it is recommended that we do a shoot on location. Your first step is to come for a consultation where we talk about what it is you want, ideas for your shoot, what to wear and we set up a time and date for your shoot. Once we meet for your shoot, your session will take about an hour. Once your session is over we schedule a time for you to come in to view your images on our large screen. Weekend sessions are an additional $99.
Sessions include your favourite 20 high resolution images which can be printed up to 8×10.
Wall art larger than 8×10 can be printed through Aviva.

On-Location Family Sessions
If you prefer to have your session on location we love doing that as well! It offers a great variety of images and can take place wherever you like. These sessions can include as many family members as you wish including pets. Your first step is to come for a consultation where we talk about what it is you want, choose a location, ideas for your shoot as well as what to wear and we set up a time and date for your shoot. Once we meet for your shoot sessions take about an hour. Once your session is over we schedule a time for you to come in to view your images on our large screen. Locations outside of the Kelowna area are subject to a $50/hr travel fee. Weekend sessions are an additional $99.

CLASSIC Kid In-Studio Sessions
Your 45 minute CLASSIC KID portrait photography session will take place in our Kelowna studio on a white background. A CLASSIC KID portrait session is for 1 child only. However, unlimited children can be booked into any session for an additional fee of $50/child. These sessions are for older children and are a great way to celebrate milestones such as birthdays or graduations. Feel free to bring your own hand-held prop for that personal touch.
Location fee additional $75
Weekend sessions are an additional $99.

milestone SessionS
Your 30 minute MILESTONE portrait photography session will take place in our Kelowna studio on a background and colour scheme of your choosing. This portrait session is for 1 child only. However, unlimited children can be booked into any session for an additional fee of $50/child. These MILESTONE sessions are a great way to celebrate special birthdays and new milestones like sitting up, walking, or just for fun! Props and cakes are provided by the client which will be staged by Aviva Studios. We do have bakery recommendations and a store of props that can be used.

Additional $199 for Deluxe Staging
For DELUXE STAGING, simply bring us your vision for an elaborate photo shoot and we will do all the hard work for you including purchasing props and cakes. All the staging will be done by Aviva Studios.
Online Viewing gallery
After your photo shoot, a link to an online viewing gallery will be given to you via email.
This online viewing gallery is only available for a limited time and will expire within 10 days as space is limited. Please follow the instructions provided in a timely manner.
Should this 1st link provided to you expire, there is a $50 fee for reloading this viewing gallery and providing a 2nd link. This $50 reload fee will be deducted from your order of additional images.
ARCHIVED PHOTOS
- Be aware that old digital files of images are archived and are not always available. Any Dropbox shared folder provided to you will be available for only 6 months after your photoshoot.
- Any images taken at a photoshoot up to 2 years ago will require a $50 fee for us to go into the archives and find the requested images.
- Unfortunately, images taken prior to 2 years ago will not be available.
It is very important for you to save your digital image files in 2 places. Please save your images to your computer hard drive plus a memory stick or burn a CD.
OTHER DETAILS
$50 retainer is required when booking your session. Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
Hair and Makeup can be arranged for an additional fee.
Low Resolution Photo = 4″x6″

High Resolution Photo = 8″x10″
Full Resolution Photo = unlimited size
